MOBILE, Ala., December 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Make An Impact Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the education and well-being of underserved children nationwide, today announced the opening of a new playground at 551 Summerville street in Mobile, Alabama. . The aim is to provide children in the area with a safe space to play, exercise and meet other local children.
Adjacent to the Dearborn YMCA, the new playground features playground equipment from Miracle Recreation, a pioneer in producing exciting playgrounds for nearly a century. The new play structure will include four slides, multiple climbers and two roofs for added shade. It will also include a pilot panel with windows and a bumper ladder.

Make An Impact Foundation partners with organizations to create places where all children have equal opportunities and can play freely without barriers. A grand opening celebration is planned for today, open to the public, from 3 pm to 5 pm. A DJ will play some family-friendly tunes and local kids will join in the festivities to add to the excitement of this new playground.
