The Louisville Metro Police Foundation is asking for the community’s help after an LMPD officer was shot during a routine traffic stop in the Chickasaw neighborhood.According to a social media post from the foundation, Officer Brandon Haley has successfully made it through two surgeries and still remains in critical but stable condition.Haley’s doctors said they hope to wean him off the ventilator in the next few days.
