Interested in playing pickleball with a local, all-levels league, or want to learn the basics of the game?

There’s a chance to learn pickleball at the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown’s foundations clinic.

Details about lessons, league at Jewish Community Center of Youngstown

From Sept. 6 until Oct. 4, pickleball players will compete from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the ladder league on Wednesdays in Youngstown.

The foundations’ clinic will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Sundays from Sept. 24 through Oct. 15.

This clinic is for those new to pickleball and interested in learning the rules, fundamentals, and techniques.

The clinic costs $30 for JCC members and $40 for nonmembers. Registration is required by Sept. 18.

Organized open play is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Private and semi-private lessons are also available.
